“A promise is not a pay “ Kizz Daniel

“If you are working for anybody , if all they give you are promises then leave . Many rich people do this .

They tell you how they will change your life , you understand and stay calm and at the end they don’t pay you .

You were not that worried cus you knew they had money and will pay. Truth is your salary is nothing to them and they can easily see it as nothing.

The reward to work is a good pay . These people who work for us have families. These hustlers in the streets have a family . It is so wrong to stay with their money 💰.

If you are a young man or woman under someone , don’t let them use promises and tie you down .

When it will get better , they will look for different people . Cherish every worker under you .

I even try to pay my workers before time . They are doing great and I should be great to them .

Let’s learn to have mutual respect, even if he or she is a gate man , as long as they are doing their work well, give them some respect and love “ – Kizz Daniel
