The Central Bank Of Nigeria has warned Nigerians that money bouquet is an abuse of the naira notes.
They revealed this on Instagram while stating that it is a punishable offence.
Most Nigerians present money bouquets to their loved ones to celebrate them but the apex bank has issued a stern warning.
