Nigeria has recorded 100 new cases of coronavirus on Sunday September 6.
This was made known by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
Lagos recorded 39 new cases while the FCT recorded 22 new cases.
Other states with fresh infections include Kaduna-19 Oyo-7 Ebonyi-6 Edo-3 Katsina-1 Ekiti-1 Bauchi-1 and Nasarawa-1.
Nigeria now has 55,005 confirmed cases. 43,013 patients have so far been discharged with 1,057 deaths recorded.
