A video taken in Abuja this morning shows heavy traffic in an area despite the lockdown order to curb the spread of Coronavirus.
The man who recorded the video is heard complaining about the number of people who were out despite the lockdown.
“People cannot stay at home because people are hungry, ” he said in reaction to the number of cars “coming into the Abuja Town.”
