Popular Nigerian singer, Olawale Ashimi better known as Brymo, has revealed that he is yet to be sued by colleague, 2Baba.

Brymo in a post he shared via Twitter on Thurday, October 14th said he’s yet to receive any official suit from or summons to court from the legendary singer or his representatives.

Recall that 2Baba threatened to slam a N1 Billion lawsuit against Brymo if he doesn’t retract his statement and apologize for alleging that the singer sent some boys to attack him some years back.

Instead of retracting his statement as the letter he received from 2Baba’s lawyers instructed, Brymo in series of tweets again slammed 2Baba and insisted that all had tweeted was the truth.

Giving his fans an update Brymo noted that 1 week after he received the letter and refused to retract his statement 2Baba his yet to sue him.

“Let it be public knowledge that I have received no documents of any kind pointing to my being sued by Mr Idibia. Or his handlers or attorneys… the impunity with which he lied to all of society in the letter and public statement should rightly pose a setback,” he tweeted.
