17-year-old Marijuana Dealer Arrested In Delta State

Operatives of the Delta police force have arrested a 17-year-old boy identified as Esealuka Paul, for selling illegal drug suspected to be Cannabis Sativa.

Acting spokesperson of the command, DSP Bright Edafe disclosed this in a statement on Sunday, July 11.

“On the 8/7/2021 at about 1130hrs, while men of Operation Delta Hawk Patrol teams were on stop and search along Cable Point Asaba, they intercepted one Esealuka Paul ‘m’ 17yrs when search was conducted on him sixty-eight (68) sachet of dried weed suspected to be Indian hemp, thirty-three (33) sachet of SK, six (6) packs of Razler and one (1) lighter were found. The suspect was arrested and Investigation is ongoing,” he stated.

Edafe said the State Commissioner of Police while thanking members of the public for their cooperation, urged parents and guardians to monitor their wards.
